Security

The physical security of our datacentre facilities is something which has been taken very seriously. We provide extensive server hosting solutions to various NHS trusts and financial services companies who all impose strict security criteria due to the sensitive nature of their applications.

Security precautions in operation include:

• The datacentre is a self-contained detached building situated within a large floodlit private fenced and gated compound.
• Full interior and exterior digital IP CCTV coverage, including all server aisles and physical ingress/egress points. All CCTV is monitored and recorded around the clock.
• Extensive 'Redcare' alarm system with priority automatic police response.
• Physical access to the data floor for customer staff needs to be arranged in advance.
• Deliveries are only accepted if they have been booked in advance.
• Opaque window tinting to main data floor, store room and other sensitive areas.
• Additional security provided custom fabricated internal window bars.
• Advanced Proximity access-control system to all doors, including magnetic and drop-bolt locks.
• The site is manned 24/7/365.
